The Genmai Chai has got to be one of my favorites. Being so, I tried the coconut version. This is by far my favorite. The coconut flavor absoluely enhances the cup of chai. It is wonderful! I do break some "rules" with this though. I make a Genmai Coconut Latte. I brew my chai in a pan. I heat some unsweetened soy milk in another pan, then when that is done, I froth the soy milk in a french press by moving the handle up and down.
